My dad has a house in North Las Vegas right next to Aliante that he wants to rent out. It is a three bedroom, two bath, one story single family home. IT is located in The Parks community off of Centennial and Commerce. There are parks throughout the community and it is gated. He is asking for $1300.00 a month but that includes. Water, sewer and garbage, Plus all of the out door yard maintenance.
